The fountain in the city mall has been out of action for a while but is now functioning again. It attracts small children like bees to honey and this little fellow was no exception. He was having a whale of a time, to his own delight and that of all the pedestrians who stopped to smile at his fun and enjoyment.
I like those fountains you can walk right into like that. Especially for kids.
That little boy was having so much fun and when you looked at the faces of the onlookers they were loving his happiness. Delightful!
