I took this image today at Royal Darwin Hospital which had a frontline role in medical care for the Bali bombings and the East Timor crisis. As a result the hospital now has a National Critical Care and Trauma Response Centre. Graduate medical students from Flinders University have been undertaking their clinical training at RDH since 1997 under an agreement with the NT government. Last year Flinders and Charles Darwin University commenced a collaboration where medical students could complete all of their course in the Territory. With its diverse health problems and varied ethnic backgrounds it’s a rich learning experience for these medical trainees. Not a great pic with the phone on the run. CDU is missing a “y” and the Flinders section needs its corporate style updated. Once an administrator, always an administrator
… or a writer… the first thing I noticed was the missing ‘y’… ” Why? ” you say… I would love to carry textas with me and correct signs.
Ah you suffer from that disease too!
